I had a delightful stay at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park. The breathtaking views and exceptional staff truly exceeded my expectations. However, the internet charges felt a bit steep. Overall, a remarkable blend of luxury and comfort.

The room was clean and spacious, but the view was disappointing.

The view from the Central Park King room left a lot to be desired, essentially looking out at some trees rather than the park itself. The dining scene was disappointing, with poached eggs and toast priced at $65, while the coffee was both overpriced and poorly executed. On top of that, the cleanliness left something to be desired, with hair found in the bathroom.

The Grand Park View Room offered a stunning view, and room service delivered delicious food, adding comfort to the stay. However, I was disappointed with the lower-than-expected floor for the rate paid, and the response to my request for a higher floor felt dismissive. Moreover, the experience did not align with the luxurious reputation that one might anticipate from a high-end hotel.

The room was incredible with a private bathroom, plush bedding, and a minibar. The views of Central Park were stunning, especially from the seating area. Spa facilities included a massage service which was very relaxing, and the fitness center was well-equipped. The concierge provided excellent recommendations and made reservations without a hitch.

Our family of four enjoyed an incredible stay! The staff surprised our boys with balloons for their birthdays, making it truly special. The spacious 2 queen room felt like home. Don't miss the complimentary house car—it’s a great way to explore the city stress-free!
